FYI
I have a theory. Could you provide usa with your IP accost, or, if you're worried about attacks hither, submit a ticket with it and then I can investigate?
I don't see any authorization attempts in the logs. All I see are a agglomeration of these errors. Like over a hundred of them:
Code: Select all
Fatal Mistake: network connectedness lost! Fatal Error: network connection lost! Fatal Error: network connection lost! do read_temp_func once... do check_asic_reg 0x08
But Fatal Fault: network connection lost! over and again in the logs. I don't think information technology'due south the network on my side causing the problem. Because I have ii other miners hooked up to prohasing that don't lose their connections. They're on the same network as the S9.
I don't listen sharing my IP address. Here it is: 199.207.253.101
That's my external accost.
Thanks

Re: S9 Non Reporting In
Information technology'south been stable for a while tonight. Like a few hours. Then I tried adding the power settings. My password line read like this for a petty while:
Then it reported into PH and lasted well-nigh a minute. Then started disconnecting. The status page on my miner showed the connection every bit "Dead".
I tried reverting the setting to simply:
On the password line. But even after reverting to what I had before that worked (for a little while), the connection remains "Dead" on my miner. Tried restarting the miner. Same thing. Connection reads "Dead" on the status page.
Miner cruel back to the second in line which is https://dgb-sha.theblocksfactory.com, I used them to mine Digibyte.
So a few minutes after my PH connectedness came alive. Registered equally as SHA-256 machine at the top of the page and started displaying a coin, and computing a hash rate. Be interesting to run across if it drops off once more.
Information technology seems like it was stable on there for a while. Just then information technology couldn't handle the power settings and that broke the connection again.

Thanks for that. I don't call back the power settings are related to this result. I think it was related to Bitcoin Cash mining. Has the issue been resolved now?

OK. Information technology'south been stable all morning time. The miners are at home and I'one thousand at work now. I'll try calculation the ability settings back into the password line this evening when I go dwelling. Let's see if it stays continued in one case I exercise that. I'll let you know!
Thanks

Re: S9 Not Reporting In
Hi Steve,
The S9 has been connected with no drops since yesterday. I added back the ability settings to the password line. No disconnects since I did that.
Thanks for resolving the upshot! What was the problem that was causing this?
Cheers

Re: S9 Not Reporting In
Hi.
the problem actually exists.
today I tried simultaneously with the L3+ to connect and S9 on one business relationship.
L3+ works and S9 shows "Expressionless"...

What fault are you receiving from the mining.authorize() statement in the logs?
If y'all're trying to mine Teacoins, a mutual mistake would be that you're submitting too many dried shares, and therefore were banned. Since in that location are so many miners mining Teacoins, nigh 98% of the shares for that coin are stale because the blocks are coming faster than network latency.

Re: S9 Not Reporting In
Thanks for your respond.
ok this error with dried i can imagine. Is at that place anyway to fix this problem?
i tried to notice the mining.authorize() statement, but i'm non realy know how i can discover this. In my "normal" log of the S9 i can't notice anything similar this.
thanks
